What information does Vitanatural collect and how is it used?
The following is required to process all orders: delivery address, invoice address, payment information and email address (to receive email confirmations). Order Status:
Simply click on the "Order Status" link in the Customer Service box on the lower left of the page and enter the requested information. This will allow you to see if and when your order has been received, processed and/or dispatched. You can even edit your dispatch address as long as your order has not yet been processed.
How long do orders take to process?
All orders are processed same day or the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day from the time your order is processed (holidays and weekends are not counted as business days).
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times depend on product availability and the speed of the postal service. Standard delivery is usually 2-7 working days.
